Landscaping – Artificial Grass Project
For this project we had to remove all the old turf that was in the back garden. We then used type one hard-core to build the area up and to make the foundations. Charcoal and brindle block paving was laid and set in concrete to create decorative edging on each side of the pathway. We then used the screed of sharp sand to get the correct levels and to soften the area in which the artificial grass was going to be laid upon, so it would feel like real grass. We pinned it down and brushed a fine sand through it, which would help to hold it down. An attractive edge was laid around the fishpond so it looked fantastic it. We were happy with the results and finished the project in the time frame given.
