Landscaping – Steps Project
For this project, the complete front garden had to be dug out making way for the new driveway and steps. The old concrete driveway was removed. We then laid type one hard-core, a screed of sharp sand and a membrane weed control, these were used to create the correct levels and foundations. This was impacted with a machine to ensure long term, long-lasting and stable foundations.
We set the edging concrete around the full complete driveway and added new curbs across the front.
We then laid the block paving in a 45-degree herringbone pattern using charcoal around the edge of the driveway and brindle in the middle.
New steps were built using the same block paving that we used for the driveway.
Astroturf was laid to a small area to the front of the property to finish off the project.
Our customer was very satisfied with our work and loved their new garden.
